Can't use the 'move pokemon' feature |

For the past two days I've been trying to use the 'move pokemon' button in my party so that I can select a box to put them in. I click the button, but it doesn't let me select a box in which to move them to. I have empty spaces in two boxes. I've tried signing out and then back in and still have the same problem. Now if I click on the drop down menu on a single pokemon in my party and select a box that way, it lets me do that, but not the move pokemon feature. Yes, they are unlocked so I can move them.
