Sweet Honey, Sweet Honey not working? |

I have seven shiny hunts currently going. All of which are species I am finding in the Shelter one by one. But as soon as I use Sweet Honey it tells me that there are none in the Shelter. Is this a glitch?

You only have two hunts over 15 eggs which is Igglybuff and Stufful.
