Global PokédeX Plus Forums _ Questions and Help _ Can't Find Equipped Hold items

Hello! ^^

Recently I decided to empty out my inventory, and it says I have 2 grass gems still equipped. I went looking for them in the PC, but none of my Pokemon lit up when I applied the "has a hold item" filter. Is there another way to check without having to go through all of them individually? Or should I create a support ticket, and if so, where?

This sounds like the glitch where if you release a Pokémon that's holding an item, you lose the item as well, but it'll still be counted as being in your possession.

Ah, I didn't know that it was an actual glitch, my apologies. Is there any way to get rid of it?
