I have two level 100 raichus and two thunderstones but when I click options I am not able to evolve them into pikachu, and they both have max happiness.

I think you have the wrong forum section! Also, Raichu is the evolved form of Pikachu, you can only evolve a Pikachu into a Raichu, not the other way around.
If you want a Pikachu, you can get a Pichu and raise it up or adopt a Pikachu. --------------------   |

You seem to be in the wrong subforum. Another thing to keep in mind is that Pikachu evolves into Raichu, but not vice versa. You can either adopt a Pikachu or get a Pichu and train it to be a [removed] Pikachu.
