The fastest way is by interacting with pokemon & eggs.
You can also earn points by selling items you found on the ground, winning a VS seeker battle, winning in the Battle Tower. You can buy the amulet coin upgrade in the shop to help boost your point earning potential. I'm sure the Shop Help Page can better explain it than I can. As already pointed out above, and in the sticky topic at the top of the page, the Help section of GPX Plus usually has the answers you are looking for. It's always recommended to go there first and come here if something's not properly explained or is absent from that section.
