Okay, let's admit it, one way or another, you are now here because of seeing these lovely/kinky eggs in either someone's signature, someone's LJ entry or a website somewhere and you want one for yourself. And now you're influencing a lot of people because of your obsession for these eggs. xP

So tell us here where you first saw these eggs and how you eventually became addicted to them... xP

My experience comes from my friend ledgem posting her eggs on her LJ entries. The site back then was lagging like shit so I didn't join at that time, but when my other friend Sweet May posted her batch of eggs in her LJ entry around the end of April, I couldn't resist but join. The sign-up page for Opera won't work so I had to temporarily switch to Firefox just to register and then decided to use Opera for these eggs. Then, the egg pages doesn't seem to lag so badly in Firefox anymore so I switched back... xD;

Now I seem to have made a lot of people join the site too... xD;;

Okay then... yeah, I don't see any topics here about this... so... go ahead... post?

Oh yeah, no one-liners please? Give more detail to how you got into this place and not just where you found it and that's it. *SPPf makes you do that lmao*

I was here before GPX+ existed, so natuarlly when it first opened I decided to give it a go. I remember the thread that Wymsy made for us to try and guess what *it* was. There where some funny suggestions in there, and obviously when *it* turned out to be GPX+, there was no I couldn't give it a go having spent months anticipating what it might be. It's been midly addictive, but my interrest in it does comes and go. It was more fun at the start when the rare eggs where actually rare and you had to get stuff from the lab cause there was never anything in the shelter. It was a lot more fun that way.

I'm going to stop going on about the good old days like some Grandad now, cause I'm starting to go a bit off topic

I don't remember when I first heard about GPX, but it was just before the site has fallen asleep for a month. I've became interested then, but didn't register yet. When the site came back to life I was seeing more and more of Pokemon eggs in people's signatures on Unifaction forum, and a big "yay, it's back!" in Mivichi's siggy made me check the site again. So I've come here and now I can't leave...hooked badly

I happened to be checking the Bulbagarden forums about some news [booyah Gold and Silver remakes!], and I noticed some people had Pokemon versions of those ubiquitous clickable pets in their signatures. They were cute, so I clicked. Ehehehee.

I used to play Dragon Cave but then I found it hideously annoying how they died. ._. So I promptly quit when I found GPXPlus.

I saw them in a Gaia siggy. Which I've pretty much quite Gaia now too. xD I come on usually and just sit and warm eggs when I'm writing or doing art. o.o;

I really love Pokemon too, so I nearly sdfonsdfsded bricks when I found out about this site.

I have to blame LJ, too, but it had nothing to do with seeing the eggs in journal entries. It's more me being in an RP, and being linked to 29023234 eggs in our chatroom and finally, finally giving in and registering.

It's kind of odd, though. The same people that influenced me to join don't... seem to be on here much anymore. ¬_¬ And even the people I've gotten to join haven't been on much, either.

ANYWAY, yeah. I blame multi-fandom role-plays on LJ. Go me! \o/!

Someone had a few eggs in her signature, on another forum [RPG]. I was curious so I clicked.. and because I like pokemon and I like raising things [that's why I'm a simsfan, pokemonfan & MMORPGfan ] I registered.

I was on MissBimbo, and I started hatching the dragcave eggs, when on a dragon egg click game in the forums there I saw a pokemon that I really liked, so I clicked and I came on this website. I adopted a few eggs, placed them in my signature on missbimbo and kind of forgot about them until I saw my signature again and now I've been playing actively for two days, but I'm planning on staying a long time.
