You heard me, enough.
A staff member of PGTS told me about people still going around slandering, and that they have told their own members to stop the slandering. I am in return, posting this to warn you all to stop this slandering. I don't care who's doing it, stop it. This means on all of the topsites. If you want to post comments on the topsites, that's fine, just no out-right slandering. If you're found doing it, you're getting a stern talking to. If anybody else has anything to add or wants to apologize to the other site (I'll be linking the staff member I talked to to this very thread), go ahead and do so. -------------------- Overtaken by Net & Zodi on that track!

I said that ages ago, when this all first started, and nobody listened to me, including several staff members. If people had been more mature from the start, we wouldn't have had some of the problems we've had.

How can you be a moderator and not know about this problem? It's been argued about a lot in the last couple of months. I've even had PMs and emails from webmasters of other sites complaining, which I have brought up with staff on AIM.

No, he knew about it. I think he means that they're also doing slandering on our topsite pages, which the other staff guy told me they were trying to get to stop too just like we're doing now.

I think it's pretty obvious that the only way to stop people is to make it punishable on the site and forums here... true, it is off-site, but it directly relates to GTS+
If people who do it are to be warned, limited in their forum and GTS access, or even banned, that would solve the problem very quickly. |

I checked out that topsite and there hasn't been a slander review on it for quite some time until one of their members came back and slandered our site so one of our people just copied half of what they said about us and just pasted it into their review.
