I refuse to vote until you actually add a good range of instruments. Woodwinds aren't the only kind, you know. :/
I play Piano, Trumpet, Bass, Guitar, and Mellophone a lot, and I can play any brass instrument, string instrument, sax, and percussion if need be (though I'm not good at some ). -------------------- Thanks Diagon |

I only listed the ones on top of my head. And I didn't list just woodwinds. Are pianos, guitars If I wanted to list every single friggin' instrument, then I would've just copied this. -------------------- |

Actually, Saxes are woodwinds.
If you're gonna make a topic about instruments, at least have a basic knowledge of instruments, and make an attempt to list, at the very least, the major ones or the groups (I.E. brass, woodwind, strings, etc.). -------------------- Thanks Diagon |

Oh. Well, it looked all brassy and stuff... All you had to do was answer the question. Now you're makin' me feel all stupid and stuff. Away with you! I changed it. Seem a little familiar? Sorry, I'm a superuberbandgeek, and I get offended when people forget my instruments.
Good, but now you're missing Woodwinds. xP -------------------- Thanks Diagon |

I play piano and keyboards, and a few brass instruments. Cornet, trumpet, and euphonium. I wouldn't mind learning to play Spanish guitar too, but I just never seem to get around to doing it.

I've been playing flute since 6th grade (almost five years). I've wanted to learn piano and guitar for some time, but my family's poor XD I can also play three variations of saxophone (Baritone, Tenor, and Alto), but I don't own one. I do play the school saxophones when we have an open spot during concert season, though, cause I get weird looks from people if I don't >_>
This year I was also offered a spot in the Tenor Sax, but I turned it down because they're fucking heavy and I'd have a lot of weight adjustment when marching. I originally auditioned for Alto, but he somehow got the feeling that I wanted tenor. Also, I suppose one's voice is an instrument, so I probably should have marked "other", since no other instrument is capable of falling there since every instrument falls into five major groups: Brass (divided into high and low brass), Woodwind (Low woodwinds and high woodwinds), strings (Piano is a string instrument, FYI), electronic (Keyboards, some synthesizers), and percussion (anything you tap or beat, basically). Anyway, back to the voice...I'm a bass/bass-baritone, and cannot sing high notes at all. When I was little I could, but with age comes testosterone XD --------------------

I was a tenor up until apparently this year. At Camp Broadway they said I was bass and had me sing the bass notes. Meh, it was pretty fun. -------------------- I am the earth-mother, and you are all flops.

I play french horn in band and I'm a bass II in choir. I'm big in music and I actually want to have a music major. I've made our state opus honor choir twice (which is like all-state for freshman and below)

I played electric guitar for 4 years, but grew bored of it. I started playing guitar a couple of years before starting to play football, and I guess music became less important as I became more interested in sports. XD The only sport I had played competitively before was soccer, and it isn't so demanding, thus I could focus more time on music...but when football came in it was hard to balance both.
I'd like getting into music again, but once school starts (March where I live), I won't have much free time because of training and stuff. Oh and last year I discovered I'm a decent singer too. XD |
