So I just got this game last night and I was surprised that I actually liked it. It doesn't seem that original but it has enough innovation to keep it interesting.
I HATED super mario 64 and I like this game. what do other peoples think? -------------------- I claim Scizor also don't pm me and ask me to trade if you don't have anything in mind. |

I like it, though I still have to play it (my brother has it). It's fun. My brother won the game. The awesomest part is the beginning, where Mario says 'SUPER MARIO... GALAXY!' whenever you start the game. LOL

I loved Super Mario 64. I absolutely hated Sunshine though. I wish they would've made another platformer for Gamecube like Sunshine, but you know, take away the water gun, and keep the huge levels to play in. Although Galaxy was a bit awkward for me at first, I've come to love it as well. Just what the Mario franchise needed to pick back up where it left off, I'd say.

super mario galaxy was like super awsum! but i felt like it was kinda short. and i also abstitively posilutely utterly completely eternally despise, hate, abhor and loathe the part with mario saying "super mario galaxy!" at the beginning

I got stuck with the last few comet missions, so I can't complete the game.
Spoiler: Click Here To Show/Hide This Text The toy level's purple comet was surprisingly easy for me. It's the other missions that are a problem. DAMN YOU "CLEAN UP THE JUNK" MISSION! I also hated Super Mario Sunshine. I didn't like SM64DS much either, but the original was great. -------------------- |

I love this game. I want to squeeze the living daylights out of the lumas. I'm having trouble with the trash level in the Dreadnought place though. Can someone help, please?

No, I meant they had Super Mario Galaxy ones on YouTube. Really. And come on, the Wii is on a TV screen, you could look at both computer and TV screen, or get someone to help you.
I don't get the controls for Super Mario Galaxy, so I stick to Wii Sports with my Mr. T Mii. :S |

I got it a few months ago, and I'm still only at the part where you ride the stingray down the water slide thing. That was pretty much the only fun part of the game for me.
For some reason I just stopped playing. -------------------- |

I got SMG for Christmas; I'm still playing it, I like it that much. It's the game that has gotten me into Mario - since I got it, I've obtained SM64/SMW/SPM on the VC!
I think the game is pretty darn trippy - especially when you're on planets that are small enough for you to visibly see them curve. It's also pretty fun, but I'm sort of stuck getting all of the starts after rescuing Princess Peach from Bowser n' all that, but yeh, I'll just keep playing. And in summary, I think it's awesome. -------------------- Desu |

This is one of my favorite games. Sure it's recent but it's already a classic in my eyes, and ranks among games like Majora's Mask, Chrono Trigger and Yoshi's Island IMO.
I love this game so much I don't even think I have a favorite Galaxy- I think they're all great. I've also played the other installments of 3d Mario and what's so good about this game is the way it improves on the other two and manages to be fresh and original without being gimmicky like Sunshine and still retains a classic Mario feel. But yeah, enough of me being a fanboy. |
