Heatran Egg steps? |

I just got a Magama rock and decided to summon the Heatran and noticed that it only requires 2560 steps to hatch. I checked it out in my dex and it says the same thing. Is it supposed to be like that? I thought very rare pokemon always needed 20000 or more.

It's based off their hatch steps in the actual games, even though they can't be eggs in-game with the exception of Manaphy. Heatran is just insanely low for some reason.
