How much on average does it cost to go to college in the USA? Here it's free. Well, it might not be for much longer but last time I checked it was. you do have to pay for registration each year or something right -------------------- Everyone is still HERE |

Uhm, I'm not sure actually Ludo.
I know you have to pay €45 to send off your initial CAO application. But that's just to get into the college, you don't pay it every year. -------------------- |

I don't know what Uni I'll go to, but I do know that I don't need a high ATAR to learn games development. If all else fails, I can just go to QANTM.
Guess what, the year level below me is getting laptops due to a government program, and my year misses out due to 'warranty'. -------------------- |

Where Epic-Con was? I don't know if that's a public college or not, I can't remember squat from my Careers class.

Probably going to apply to a couple in London, (where I live) and a couple outside. Westminster is my kinda back up one, since you don't need very good grades for there, (I could even apply with the shitty grades I got this year) and Bristol's going to be one of my outside London ones. Thinking UCL for another inside London, and my second hard to get into one, (Bristol being the other). However, because I'm taking I gap year I'll know my final grades by the time I apply, so I will most likely change these depending on the grades I get.

I think so Ludo ... bah I wasn't listening in Careers class because my teacher was an Austin Powers lookalike and it was a woman too.
I just know that we don't have to pay nearly as much as what I've heard from my American friends if we go to the public colleges. -------------------- |

I might be going to college in London If I dont get the points I need for here as it is slightly easier to get into KINGs college. @Axel lol yes it probably is. -------------------- Everyone is still HERE |

Well, I live in Canada where I attended University of Toronto for a year... didn't like it so I transfered over to my local college where I'm now in my third and final year of Fine Arts. C: Once finished I hope to move on to another University to get a degree in Video Game design. Which Uni I'm not entirely sure yet.

Sweet Briar College in Virginia, although with luck I'll be graduating this spring. It's pretty nice here; it's a very small school so the professors can afford to give lots of individual attention. On the downside it is expensive.

someone mentioned it before, but college in america can get rather pricey depending on where you go. if you attend a state university while you're a resident, it can be a bit cheap. but you can, like i do, spend up to $50,000 a year just on tuition.
as for me i currently attend nyu in new york city. |

You should have been thinking about what college you wanted to go to while you were a junior imo.
I'm hoping to go to Virginia Tech, and to major in mechanical or software engineering. -------------------- |

I've already got the schools I'm applying to but I don't know where I'm going yet. My dream school is the Julliard School in New York to study acting--but with a 6% acceptance rate (lower than MIT and Harvard lolol) I've got lots of backups.
Anyway: St. Michael's College University of Vermont University of New Hampshire Quinnipiac University Fairfield University Manhattanville College University of Massachusetts Amherst (this one's a safety school) -------------------- [align=center]I am the earth-mother, and you are all flops.

I'm probably going to end up heading off to University of Hawaii at Manoa or somewhere in California for a degree in teaching.
