Is it possible, and is there a new shiny design for the website?

Everything is possible to have a shiny on GPX+
There is no shiny colour for Minior when it is in Meteor form so it will look exactly the same until you change it into a core form.

You evolve a shiny pokemon in the same way as you would evolve its standard counterpart.
