You should add items too. And you're using ubers. So make an uber team instead of using stuff like Zangoose.

Kyogre Sassy Lax Incense Drizzle Water Spout, Ice Beam, AncientPower, Aqua Ring If your using Kyogre as your Lead I'd build an Uber team around him. Use Pokemon with ability's such as Hydration and Swift Swim. The only counter you'll have to worry about is Rayquaza because of his ability Air Lock, which disables the effects of weather. FYI - Even after Kyogre is switched out it will still continue to rain. Also as for Moves add Thunder 100% hit in Rain P.S. If you want any Pokemon suggestions for a Rain team just send me a Pm -------------------- |

Ok, i see what your saying. So basicly i need to change my team based on kyogre thanks to drizzle.
QUOTE Also as for Moves add Thunder 100% hit in Rain Ok, but my mewtwo has thunder. It wouldn't know thunder if it wasn't for Kyogre. QUOTE So make an uber team instead of using stuff like Zangoose. The only reason i added Tangrowth is because it is one of the best grass types, especially with ancient power. I added Gyrados because I will be able to take out dragon types without putting my own dragon type in danger. Now the point of Zangoose, his attacks. Close combat is for rock, and steel since normal is not very effective. Shadow claw is for ghost types because, as all of us know, normal doesn't affect ghost, and neither does fighting. Aerial ace, obvioulsy for fighting types, wich is super effective against normal. Crush claw is it's stongest attack, and is also his 'signature move'. Now notice that they are all physical attacks, because as we all know, attack is it's highest, and most valuble stat. But i will make a note of your suggestions and approve my team at my earliest convinience. Oh ya, another reason i added zangoose is because...he is my prized pokemon...not only my favorite...but my first pokemon I ever got to Lv. 100... -------------------- |

Put Thunder and remove Aqua Ring in Kyogre and a Jolly Zangoose if you want use one:
Zangoose @King's Rock/Muscle Band Jolly 252 atk / 252 spd / 4 hp Close Combat Night Slash Strength Aerial Ace/Thunder Punch/Ice Punch Edit: I wrote wrong - is a Jolly Zangoose, not a Adamant Zangoose (Never post while you are writing another things at same time...) The point I was trying to make was that there are much better Pokemon than Zangoose. It has no defense at all, and mediocre speed.

Ok, i see what your saying. So basicly i need to change my team based on kyogre thanks to drizzle. All I'm saying is if you using Kyogre as your lead you'd be better off having a team that would suit him, As for Mewtwo use Aura Sphere over Thunder, but add Thunder to Kyogre -------------------- |

You've now stated that this team is competitive, so you need to fix your natures and learn how to utilize EVs. And since it's competitive, that means you can't go around with 3 Ubers and 3 below-average Pokemon. Maybe 2, since Gyarados isn't all that bad.
Kyogre needs to be Modest. Ho-oh needs to be replaced. Fire-types don't work with Kyogre. Replace it with Palkia or Kingdra or something. Gyarados should be Adamant or Jolly. Tangrowth needs to be replaced too. Mewtwo needs to be Modest or Timid. And despite what you keep on insisting, Zangoose sucks and also needs to be replaced. Currently, your team is not in competitive shape at all. -------------------- |

Maybe you should start adding Grass Type Pokemon and don't put too much water types on your team.

And if you put a Swampert in the Ho-oh place (it will cover the gyarados weakness for rock and electric types) and a Ludicolo in the Tangrowth place? They both will receive benefits with drizzle.
And I will agree with Black Ice - remove the Zangoose and put a Palkia or a Kingdra. For this team, Zangoose isn't a good choice. -------------------- |

I would give you a 7 out of 10 because you have 2 water type pokemon, is that too much? Click my pokemon and eggs! You don't know about battling, so don't answer. And click begging is not allowed. Obviously this team will have a lot of water types because it is going to be based around Kyogre. -------------------- |

Obviously this team will have a lot of water types because it is going to be based around Kyogre. Just because is a monotype team, doesn't mean to be a weak team. The water type is one that has more variety in subtypes, so the idea of a team full of water pokémon is not crazy or stupid. Suggestion for Ludicolo: Ludicolo @ Swift Swin Modest 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP Surf Ice Beam Energy Ball Focus Blast/Leech Seed/Rain Dance *Rain Dance is if the opponent cancel Kyogre Drizzle with another weather like Sandstorm or Hail.* -------------------- |

Can't rate Pokemon without moves.
But strictly speaking, from a competitive standpoint, that team still isn't good for ubers. Regigigas is quite possibly even worse than Zangoose due to its ability. Dragons are common in Ubers, so you might want a Steel-type on your team such as Scizor. And since your team is rain-based, Scizor isn't scared of fire anymore. Fire is also Scizor's only weakness. -------------------- |
