No Mega Stones? |

I've logged in on both of the recent Mega + days, but to my knowledge I didn't receive a mega stone for either day. I made a point to log in every day.

You need to buy the Mega Ring first to obtain Mega Stones.

I was getting mega stones long before I got the Mega Ring...
