How do you use it I want to use it on my dialga but I have to sell my rainbow wing to.

At the drop-down menu for the egg, there's an option that says "Corrupt the Egg". Choose that, then click "Corrupt" or something; I forgot what it says but I think that's how you do it!

Also, to add on to Shattered Glass' explanation, you can't corrupt an already hatched Pokemon.

Addition to Shattered Glass and Frosty Shay.
The Corruption Orb is another rare item obtainable via Chests and in the Underground. It can be used on certain unhatched eggs (not hatched Pokémon) to change them into an alternate form. Every single corrupted form can only be obtained in this manner.
