Can anyone give me an easy to understand methodology for purifying Shadow Lugia in XD?

You need to have all the Purifying Chambers filled with Pokemon to make the perfect tempo. Then Shadow Lugia will be purified. Long story short, purify most of the Shadow Pokemon.

I've heard somewhere that Shadow Lugia can be purified instantly that way.
Is that true, or is there a required waiting time, like with every other Pokemon? -------------------- |

If you can get all chambers to perfect tempo, then Shadow Lugia can be purified instantly.

just for people to know perfect tempo means the 4 pokemon in each chamber are super effective against the pokemon their arrow is pointing at
