If we can get on at the same time, I can make you a mod for the channel! I wasn't very active today because of responsibilities, but I should be haunting the new channel for a few hours.
Feel free to shoot me a PM for IRC troubleshooting, anyone! I'm not very wise in the way of commands, unfortunately, but I can try to find a guide for that. I hope we can make the chat an active part of the Malachite community! -------------------- |

Balloon get for the trifecta! I'm hoping Honey+ will fill up tomorrow so I can try for Creationist with Togepi on one of the last days of the SWSH. -------------------- |

I checked out our IRC channel, and it's great! It's the first time I've ever been on an IRC but it seems straight forward :P Thanks again, Forceman! I've added a direct link to the #malachitemages channel in the main post of the group ^^
Edit: I've also now just finished the SWSH trio! This post has been edited by eevee64: Mar 27 2016, 09:17 AM -------------------- |

We managed to pull ahead of Azurite this time around! Great job everyone!!
Meanwhile, 1k+ Drifloon eggs and still no shiny in sight... at least I'll get the Persistent and Determined achievement if a gold balloon ever comes my way, even if it's after the SWSH ends. EDIT: A golden balloon at egg #1020!! I wonder if I can quickly get a Dedenne during this last Honey+? This post has been edited by Uzii: Mar 30 2016, 12:01 AM -------------------- |

Hi everyone! I hope to have a good time here!
Because I feel it's a bit too late for me to join in the Hunt, I might skip this one, but I will join the next one. -------------------- |

Welcome, CrazyUmbreonLady! I'm liking the Undertale avatar you've got there.
Unfortunately, activity on the IRC has been almost none so far. To get us in the habit of using it, how about we plan an official opening/IRC Q&A session for our chat? If we can get a good amount of us together in the IRC on one day and establish a use for it, I think it will be great resource for the affinity. -------------------- |

Thanks! I was going for a gif for the portrayed character, but none of them fit, sadly.
And it sounds like a good idea! What's our IRC, by the way? -------------------- |

#malachitemages, on the SynIRC network. There's a link in the OP.
EDIT: Here's my fourth SWSH shiny! This post has been edited by Forceman: Mar 30 2016, 04:30 PM -------------------- |

Yeah, the few times I've been on there, there has been no one else there. Though I think me being in a completely different time zone than everyone doesnt help much :\ If we can find a day/time where those interested can get on, I think that's a good idea to kick start our IRC! -------------------- |

I'm in Central (USA), so for reference, as of this post, it's 12:52 in my time zone.
EDIT: Also, yeah, I got on the chatroom a few times, and it was completely empty. This post has been edited by CrazyUmbreonLady: Mar 31 2016, 12:52 PM -------------------- |

I'm in Mountain time, which is between Pacific and Central. I think our time range isn't that bad, it's just getting on. If I'm on the all-community IRC I usually also have the Malachite IRC open as well, so if you pop on while I'm there give me a poke.

That brings us to the end of another SWSH! After the first week of the hunt it looked like we were going to get smashed, but we comfortably ended up in second place again ^^
We had a bunch of winners this month for hatching the most SWSH shinies in the group! There is a three way tie for first place with Kwarkpudding, D E A N and watchingmidnight all hatching 5 shinies each! Congrats Equal second place is Spyessa and Forceman with 4 shinies, and in third is Uzii and myself with 3 shinies! Well done everyone! Prizes, same drill as normal: 3 Sky Gifts for first, 2 for second and 1 for third, and temporarily add me so I can gift them to you -------------------- |

Congratulations to the folks who won! Anyways, how frequent are these SWSHs? Usually every other month and usually only for the last 2-3 weeks, for more information on the SWSHs and other site related questions it would help you greatly to read or at the vary least skim the GPX Help Page. -------------------- |
