I've been digging through the forums for an answer and I seem to be getting conflicting or possibly just outdated information. Are twisted spoons still available on occasion from the shop, or can you only get them when a pokemon hatches with them? If you can get them in the shop, how much do they cost? (If I can use a pass power to get them, I want to make sure I can actually buy them.

Yes they are. I think they cost 200 points. I remember in the past they would not show up in the Shop for some reason, but that has been fixed. You can also get them by hatching Psychic-types or you can use Purchase Power if they're not currently in the shop. I hope that helps!
