Updated users list [UPDATE #3]

Active Squad
An update that is long since overdue, an updated users list, is now available. It's paginated, something that the old online users list lacks, and moreover, there are now listings for everyone's ranking in most statistics, and also for users who have unlocked any achievement, such as http://gpxplus.net/users/stat/walker_max or http://gpxplus.net/users/achievement/207. Links to the achievement or stat listings are available from the stats page.

That's about it for now, yup yup.

Update: A few new things:
- I've added a few new options for the list, for your Pal Pad, and for users who have interacted and who you have interacted with today (replacing the Poketch Interactions tab, as well)
- You can view the list of who has interacted with any Pokemon today as well via links on their pages (replacing the old manner of viewing this information)
- I've added links to all the sorting options on the users list itself
- I've updated the Wild Pokemon window opening option to open windows for all Pokemon that are in an Exploration, whether they're Wild or not.
EDIT: And I threw a setting in the Poketch for modifying the number of users per page.

Update #2:
- I've added a new view style to the list
- You can now view a list of people with Pokemon you've bred in their party
- You can now open Pokemon you've bred exclusively
- If you use the "users" link at the top, it'll have saved the section you were last viewing

Update #3:
- Added a view for users with Pokerus-infected Pokemon
