Foresight vs Normal Types |

Me again, back with another question that most folks who've been playing as long as I have would already know: Does Foresight allow Ghost-type moves to hit Normal-types? If not, is there a move that does?

It's possible Odor Sleuth allows Ghosts to hit Normals, but I don't know for sure.
