I have been remaking my team lately and wondered what people considered the best physical sweeper to be. I know the common ones like garchomp, salmence, and heracross, but I'd still like some opinions.

Blaziken, bellyzard, can't think of any more off the top of my head.
Those aren't seen that much but are awesome. Blaziken especially because of mixed sweeping. Then obviously theres the more common metagross, ttar, gyarados, weavile, garchomp, ect. This post has been edited by ruhi18: Apr 28 2008, 02:07 PM -------------------- |

True, and Iv'e never tried a blaziken or t-tar (mainly because I have to build around t-tar), and I am still trying to get right IV/natured heracross. How about medicham, is he adequate enough?

Scarfcham is a good late game finisher. No one has mentioned Mamoswine. Or Azumarill, Rampardos, Scizor, Electivire, or Tangrowth w/ Swords Dance and Chlorophyl. Plus, there are a few other BL/UU pokemon that could pose a threat.

Yup, I do like rampardos. Tangrowth? well he could work. Oh, and I almost forgot primeape and his beastliness.

I was kidding about Tangrowth. Primeape? He's to slow to pose much of a threat to most teams, and his terrible defenses don't help either. Though, in the UU environment he's a beast.

Choice Band Salamence. 435 Attack off Adamant with perfect IVs. Plus amazing coverage and STAB potential.

C'mon now, primeape is still pretty decent, and I'm going to try and run him in standard OU. As for mence.. yeah hes always a beast (although I prefer dragonite).

Primeape is average or slightly above average at best. Attack and Speed are okay, not really great but he sports a good movepool. Cool points awarded for learning Overheat, but it can't do anything with that anyway.

Yeah, I mainly prefer him because of his moves and for the simple fact that hes an ape.

Dhofer99, check the previous post's date. If it's been more than 2 weeks, it's necropost.
