I am on an exploration where I have to win 10 battles in the battle tower and I can't even win one. I have gone up against youngster joey but his stupid rattatas keeping using thrash and 1 hit ko me. I have read the battle tower guide didn't help. Any suggestions on beating this fight would be appreciated like what pokemon moves and such.

I am still stuck on this task of the new exploration can't even get one win let alone ten someone please help or may have to give up on exploration?
