There's no such thing as a no legends rule. -_- The only reason you'd have something like that is if you're afraid of, umm... Cress, Azelf, and Suicune or something. OUs such as DDDos and Scarfchomp are much more threatening than a very large portion of legendaries at any rate.

awesome n thanks, hey do u know where i can get an image of a trainer i couldnt find one in that image archive of pokes, i never thought of a scarfchomp before man i feel so noobish think u can teach me some cool tactics and stuff? >.>
