Extra? Ayanna and Mew (I need to come up with a name for him...) are a couple. Lovey-dovey, not just friends.

Other random Mew characters I have, but not movie Mew. He was a male since I first saw him. I don't really have reasoning for it. xP

Eh! Except in the case of Cresselia, it's technically left up to the person.

Like, I see both Dialga and Palkia as males, rather than Palkia being a girl just because it has pink.
