What have you done in the pokeathlon? Here you can talk about which pokemon you use, what course is easiest/challenging, ect.

I love the jump course. I always manage to mess up in the last event of it though. XD I usually use my Pidgeot, Lugia, and Charizard. I can't seem to win at the Power Couse. I always lose by about 10 points.

In my opinion.. not that bad, I started playing it when I already had captured almost every legendary Poké, so I mainly used those to beat the records.
The easiest is the football soccer one, I usually got about 7 to 9 goals while the rest usually got 0 to 1. The pain in ass was the Skill course with the flag shit. This post has been edited by Gati: Mar 20 2010, 10:55 PM --------------------

I'm really horrible at Jump, but I've loved the other courses that I've played so far (power and stamina, for the record). I'm not very far in the game yet, so I think I'm going to come back once I get further-- and more Pokémon!-- and give it a real run. But it definitely seems like it'll be more fun for me than the contest in DPPt, so I'm excited!

I find it easy, and i love the racing-type ones. It's kind of hilarious having Arceus run around. XD One thing i really liked (not exactly relevant to the topic) was the sprite art in the titles. So cool. =D

I've always preferred the Speed Course myself. I'm pretty good at it, just not the others. :p

I haven't tried all of them out yet, but my favorite so far is jump. The racing game is fun, even though I suck at multitasking. (Once I had a team of Flaaffy, Magikarp, and Spearow enter, and Spearow won the race and Magikarp got last because it crashed into every hurdle.) I haven't done much with the Pokeathon. I should...

This certainly beats the super contests. Because of the action and the rewards . It can also be challenging, and you can adjust the difficulty by the pokemon you use. For an example using a diglett in the jump course XD
My favorite course is stamina, because I always get most points from it compared to the others. Currently I have unlocked the second trophy room. -------------------- |

I have beaten every course at least 5 times each.. My espeon has a Medal from every course, And I am trying to get into the last room by beating all the records.. So far I only need to beat 2 more records.. (Stupid Penants course, And Roll Gaol!)

I finally broke all of the records just the other day. Doing pretty well against the new tougher opponents, so far. It's quite fun. Especially if you can find a few friends to play with. :>

Beat all the records but Snow and Pennant Race, so I really hate Skill course
Sometimes it really stresses me out, so I can't usually play it more than a few times a day -------------------- Inactive but still drop by sometimes. Best contact is @Cajun#5683 on Discord. It's a pretty nifty feature to have in HG/SS, but I wouldn't be overly swayed by it.
My favourite course so far is the Speed one. -------------------- Software engineer by day. Hermit writer by night. nothing is impossible chasing a super hero on the run |

Actually, a few others have five in each stat. Arceus, Origin Forme Giratina, and Ditto come to mind. I'm not sure if there are others. -------------------- |
