I have a shiny lucario that hatched out of the egg i got from riely (i did not reset for it!) and the gyarados from HG/SS.

With the exception of Arceus, Phione, Unown, Heatran, Bronzor, Shieldon, Mesprit and Darkrai, I have them all in shiny forms. They're legitimate as well. I started collecting and trading for them in '07, and stopped about halfway through this year. I'll try and finish them all off when I get Black/White if I can be bothered.
The ones I've caught on a 4th gen game without trades: Gyarados (duh), Piplup, Rhydon, Bidoof, Starly, Zubat, Budew, Cranidos, Giratina, Spinarak, Flaafy, Grimer, Tentacool, Kangaskhan, Growlithe, Staryu, Gastly and Ponyta I need to get better at chaining on Diamond.  |

All I've got is a shiny bellsprout. Only one I've ever found other than the red Gyarados. I don't even get what chaining is, and the one time I tried to do it I failed horribly.

I've got a shiny Togekiss, Ursaring and Gyarados(Duh)
I also got some shinies I migrated from 3rd gen, which are wingull and zubat. I ALSO have some shiny pichus from the wifi event. I'm no good at chaining, the highest I got was around 15. --------------------  |

I caught a shiny Ratatta today in my ss. I was looking for a ditto to breed my feraligator, but instead ran into a lvl 11 female ratatta. I love her. She has a naughty nature and have a high critical hit ratio.

Besides the obvious Gyarados, I have a Shiny Bibarel. I got it as a Bidoof while chaining. (I have no idea how I had the patience for that...)

I've gotten two starly, scyther, graveler, and pachirisu all by chance (graveler and pachi were during chains but they weren't chained as they didn't appear in sparkly grass and their ivs can find my SID properly). I also got quite a few from chaining and a buttload from rng abuse.
...But very few shinies with worthwhile stats. :c --------------------   |

Not counting Gyrados, the only shiny I have /ever/ owned in all 10 years of playing Pokemon was a shiny Roselia named Ro-zu which I no longer have. I was stupid and tried the Darkrai glitch (because everyone was saying it worked fine for them) and I didn't yet realize how horrible my luck was and the glitch screwed up and I lost everything including Ro-zu. And the Gyrados I /had/ is no longer here because someone stole my DSi and SoulSilver game. I:

Well, this is cheating, but I have a Gyarados (of course) and a Raikou from the event. But i have two of those, but that's it.
It Platinum, I encountered a shiny Cresselia, but I already used my Master Ball on Mesprit because of what a pain that thing is.
