Name: Alison (Allie) Snow
Age: 15

Appearance:
Allie fits the bill of an average, yet thing, 15 year old. At first glance, you might not even notice her, which is just the way she likes it; mainly ignored. Her arms are very thin and sort of weak, and her legs are not made for running. Or jogging. Or going above two miles per hour. Allie's hands and feet are also sort of large.
Allie's hair goes down slightly below her shoulders, and her bangs cover most of her nervous brown eyes and very pale face. Her lips are thin and usually pressed together, just in case a word or two slips out.
Allie usually wears simple, light clothing and usually seems oblivious to cold. Her favorite outfit is a plain white shirt and jeans, with her usual white sneakers. She has no jewelry, but carries around a yellow bag. Unfortunately for her, her dressmaker mother always wanted her to be girly and supplies her with opulent gowns for her contests. Allie's current contest-dress is yellow and orange, with ribbons bright red beads.

Personality:
Allie is, in a nutshell, quiet and shy. Whenever she can, Allie avoids talking and saying more than five words at a time, and only when asked a direct question. She hates being in the center of attention, being pointed out, or introduced; there was just too many things you had to think about, like first impressions, or if people liked you. She found that if you just put your head down and walk though, no one would have too much to say against you. It also had the added bonus of not being able to say anything stupid. Or at least, no one would hear it.
In her mind, Allie is constantly revising new strategies for battle and writing them down on a notebook or laptop. She then creates names for the techniques that she teaches her pokemon.
In battle, Allie says the orders so quietly, it's a wonder her pokemon are able to hear it; although she had trained them for months to hear her in the midst of battle. It also helps that the opponent can't hear her orders.

Biography:
Allie was born in Snowpoint, Sinnoh to a father who was a high-school teacher and a mother who was a dressmaker. She lived a pretty average life until first grade.
On the first day of school, at lunch, Allie was talking to a group of girls. She forgot who they were, she forgot what she said to make them act like they did, but all she remembered was one sentence.
"Geez, what a freak."
From that day on, Allie kept her mouth shut around the other students in her school. She never told anyone else what happened, or why she ran from class crying that day. The girls told the teacher she was afraid of the Ariados that belonged to another teacher, and it was summed up in that.
Her mother wanted her to be more social, so she signed her up for trainer classes. One class that caught her eye was a three-week after school program for coordinators. At first, when Allie found out she had to go on-stage, she started rethinking her choice; until the teacher told them that the main focus of contests was their pokemon. Coupled with the fact that she was enthralled by the performances given by the graduates of the classes, she continued.
Allie came home that day with a pokeball bought from the Pokemart near her home and went out to catch a pokemon. She was expecting a Snover, or probably a Medicham, but one thing she was not expecting to see was a Natu. Knowing they were rare around Snowpoint, and that she already seemed injured enough to catch so she wouldn’t have to go back and borrow her parents’ pokemon, she threw the ball.
Allie ran to the Pokemon Center and healed the Natu. The small pokemon had no memory of how she got in Snowpoint, and quickly adapted herself as Allie’s starter.
After practicing in the class, for her birthday Allie asked for another pokemon, and received a Sewaddle. After training, Allie entered them both in a contest, but was beaten in the first round. Knowing she needed more practice, Allie prepared to set off on a journey, and decided to go to Furoh ,because she thought the contests were easier there, instead of cities in her own region.

It's good, but I'd like to see more in the way of her appearance. It's my favorite part, so I'm a little biased :P. For an example, take a look at your http://forums.gtsplus.net/index.php?showtopic=43300&st=0&p=1299262&#entry1299262.
