I'm very confused. Warming eggs/feeding berries counts as interactions, right? So how come it seems like I'll interact with, for example, 100 people and it'll only count some of those interactions? On my interaction counter it won't add 100 to my interactions total, I won't get 100 points. I just finished interacting with over 200 people that interacted with me and as I recall 100 interactions with those who interacted with you = 1 pass orb so how come I haven't gained 2 pass orbs? Any help resolving this frustrating matter would be much appreciated! It's discouraging to interact with other users only to have some of your interactions count.

OK, how do I get Pass Orbs?

To purchase Pass Powers, users have to be active on the site. Specifically, interacting with other users and returning interactions given to them is the only way that Pass Orbs are gained. For every interaction made on the "Users who have interacted with my Pokémon" list, a user will receive 0.01 Pass Orbs; similarly, each of those users will receive 0.01 Pass Orbs for every Pokémon they interacted with in that user's party.
After reset, users will be awarded however many whole number Pass Orbs were earned the day before, with any fractional Pass Orbs lost. Those Pass Orbs can then be spent on the Powers found in the Shop.

Oh I was unaware of that. I thought you gained the pass orbs instantly. Thank you both. However, how do you explain then the lack of interactions counted vs. the actual number of pokemon I have interacted with? Again, thanks for the help.

I can't speak to that; when I looked at your Interactions stat yesterday, it was around 1000 or so, and for the most part the stat is an extremely accurate representation of the number of Pokemon to which you feed a berry and the eggs you warmed. One thing to keep in mind is that the counter doesn't update automatically; it takes a few minutes to tally up the number of interactions in a single clicking session. So if you click on 100 Pokemon + eggs, give it a few minutes, and your counter should go up by 100.
