Hey so I have a really, really weird glitch or bug or loading error or something going on and I don't really know what could be causing it. Is it happening to others or not? And is there any ideas on how to fix it?

I need some clarification regarding exploration. By "ones already in your possession before having moved on to this task cannot be used", let's say I do have this pokemon, but the level does not meet the requirement of the task, does that mean the pokemon can be used?
