I know this is likely entirely redundant to even attempt asking, but I just. I'm completely broken right now and attempting not to cry. I accidentally chose to release everything in my party instead of a few Pokemon, and I, just. Released a legendary egg that had been added to my party some days ago, the black and white one with a description including that being around it makes you drowsy, and I.. panicked, and attempted to try to find it again in the shelter, then tried to come here to look for immediate help, then decided to keep looking in the Shelter and grew overly frustrated because I didn't realize being logged in here at all meant you couldn't be logged onto the main site, and I.. just..

I know it's dumb to ask and the answer is no, but. Is there any way for me to get that egg back, at all.

No, once you release a pokemon you cannot find it again in the Shelter for i believe five minutes after everyone else can (10 minute wait) which by that point is most likely gone by then. It may have changed in the 5 years since i cared about that but i do believe you cannot get it back.

You can't find anything you release in the shelter anyway.... I know it sucks, but you'll have to deal with it. The staff never gives stuff back from unintentionally released eggs.

Luckily, the egg you accidentally released does have an exploration for it, so you can certainly obtain it again.

Lucky for you, there is an expedition for the egg you mistakenly let go of, so you can get [removed] back.
