I thought shuckle had such a unique stat that you can convert it's attack and defence stat by using power trick, but as we all know there's a downfall which means he can have a stat that's high, but another that's low. The question ask what you think is best used if you had to fight with a shuckle. In my opinion, I thought shuckle would be better suited to have a higher defence and lower attack because it gives it the advantage not be KO by any of my opponent's pokemon. The wide range of attacks are also useful, but a lot of them are weak so TM's or HM's have to be implemented such as stone edge or earthquake on them.

Some say that the best offense is a good defense, and others say the reverse. It's all according to personal preference to which side you take. For the case of Shuckle, though, I'd have to say you're better off staying on the defensive, as, unless you have a Pokémon with Reflect and/or a Barrier/Baton Pass combo, that little guy's going to go down rather quickly. I'm not saying Power Trick doesn't have its uses, it's just, with Shuckle, you might need to pull off a good combo in order to unleash its full potential.

It takes some skill and time, but if you are double battling you can use trick room,Dusknior/Espeon, and then power trick. After that you've got a small window in which you could absolutely massacre with gyro ball.
I've K.O.ed Giratina & Groudon with this. The down fall is that if you get hit with next to any physical move, you die....period. -------------------- |

If its fense and attack were to change it would be very strong if we were lucky they could be balanced But the follow me + power trick is pretty good just avoid the physical attack dragonite dragon rush in battle tower T-T
