I've searched everywhere, and I can't find anything on how to make one...

Hello FairyGardens!
Choose whatever Pokemon you want to be featured on the card, then go to "Image codes & sharing", the user card should show up there.
I use Chrome, the latest version, I can't remember if there are difficulties in other browsers.
