Account login problem, not validation related |

So I was talking to my cousin the other day and he told me that he can't log in to GPX. I figured at first that he just hadn't validated yet; in fact I know for a fact that he hasn't. I told him to try and log in so I could show him where the validation quiz was, but was rather surprised when the site said that his account name didn't exist. I told him to try the forgot password link; when he entered his account name there it said there was no such account registered. I told him to try logging into the forums; it also said his account did not exist.
Despite all of this, going to his page still shows his party. http://gpxplus.net/user/zethrock With the upcoming purge of unvalidated accounts I figured that this was pretty urgent...anyone have a suggestion as to what to do? --------------------       vdex:  |

I saw a message from someone on my palpad, she said that she can't log in to GPX because the password is not recognized with her username.
Is there anything she can do? Her username is Leona |
