Using any photomanipulation software, from Photoshop to MSPaint, or any free alternative you can find online, the aim is to edit the previous poster's picture somehow.
No specific rules for editing, but it's important we keep it "clean" of course. So here's the image I've chosen to start with (click to show)

no, the dog picture isn't relevant to the thread. we're editing the original one in the first post. then the next person edits it, and the next edits the previous person's edit so eventually it transforms into something unrecognisable.
sorry if i was unclear, but we're NOT editing the dog, we're editing THIS. so it should look like this (click to show)
