I need 4 simple questions to be answered I am having a hard time with these?

1. Where can you get the combs for the Furfrou to look different or Evolve
2. how do you get the Mega Stones
3. Where do you get the flags to change Vivillon Forms
4. Where do you get the Gift Boxes to Change Pikachu evolutions or colors

The Furfrou combs are prizes you win after defeating the various Elite Four teams at the Battle Tower.

You have to be online on a Mega Plus Day, which is the first of the three multiplier days with Plus Powers activated. Plus Powers are activated when they reach 100%, and you can check them http://gpxplus.net/plus.

Pokémon that are sent Underground have a chance of getting flags!

Keep in mind that, in order to get any mega stones, you must have the mega ring item from the shop.
