I'd have to go with Speed Forme with Deoxys. Not only is his Sp. Atk is pretty high, but also his speed, (duh). I consider him a sweeper. And as a plus, he looks a bit like Skeith from .hack//GU, which is a huge plus for me.

Best looking: Speed form.(Although it would be considered easy to take down.)
Best for battle: Defense(it can defend against uber powerful attacks that attack doesn't stand a chance against. Although this only works against faster guys.) Best for striking the enemy when they're weak: Attack. 1) Attack
2) Speed 3) Normal 4) Defense I think the attack form looks so f-ing awesome! But I tend to use faster Pokemon to fight. The speed form would look alright if it got rid of those things on its thighs. The normal one's head looks weird.  And defense just looks stupid..to me at least.
