I think it's a symbiotic relationship, in a way.
If TR didn't have Pikachu to go after, what else would they? (they'd probably not know of anything else to do) It would also take some of the humor out of TR episodes. (just bring back the original theme song!!) If TR didn't constantly try to steal Pikachu, most of the old timers (those that still stayed to watch the **** that comes from 4Kids) would be disappointed, and Ash would just have a plain adventure. (though what would happen if they were laid off by Giovanni..? xD) |

if team rocket took pikachu then they wouldn`t know what to do the boss would be like why the heck did you chase this thing for a year? and Ash would probaly never stop crying like "Pikachu come back! You were the only strongest pokemon i hade wahhh!"

(I'm not really one to talk here, so ignore my slightly arrogant attitude...Just asserting my opinion)
It's a children's show, so the recurring villians can't be like what you would expect in Black Lagoon or someit. The very fact that they wear uniforms during their capture attempts means that you probably couldn't expect anything. (Unless they were anti-rad. Now the setting for that story would be interesting). Basically, Jessie and James really aren't cut out for Pika stealing (but they're too lazy to do anything else). -------------------- Previously known as Mistyunion Hey!
