I'm very impressed by Zelda's outfit for Brawl. Such detail and beauty. I found that out when I tried to draw her. Simply stunning in my opinion. In a good way, of course!

No so much an outfit rather than equipment, but the Brotherhood of Steel Power Armour from the Fallout series looks pretty sweet, and stays away from the cliche of "epic high-tech armour".
Ganondorf looks awesome in Wind Waker, as well as Twilight Princess. Both really make him look far more tyrant-ey than his humanoid appearance in OoT. Actually Link's general outfit is a cool one too. Commander Shepard in his default N7 armour in Mass Effect 2. Even though it's the same armour from 1, that full-covering helmet can be far more prevalent in 2, since it's only in a cutscene in ME1. Thane's shwanky trenchcoat type thing is very stylish as well. Ezio from Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood. Gotta love the shoulder mini-cape type thing as well as the improvement to Altair's assassin robes from the first game. -------------------- [align=center]

I mean it would kinda ruin the beginning of OoT if he looked like a tyrant. Remember, he actually managed to appeal to the King quite well as he was at the beginning of OoT, before there being some vague implications of him killing the king and chasing Zelda/Impa out of Castle Town.
