I'm hunting for legendaries and I don't have many (only 7 now). I just summoned two new legendary eggs and I know one of them is Lugia.
But I can't decide if I should keep him as Lugia or should I corrupt the egg and turn him into Shadow Lugia. I have a Corruption Orb that I've been holding on to for a month and a half and I just honestly cannot decide for myself. So I thought it would be fun to create this poll. Thank you for votes or comments

I say Shadow-tize him, get the corruption achievement outta the way. or just save it for Groudon or Dialga or Bidoofo

Just get the corruption achievement out of the way.
Lugia are summonable anyways, it's not like you won't run into another.

one way to look at it is if you shadow it you will have gotten two dex entries from that egg and the achevment

Highly recommend Shadow Lugia for these reasons:
-Unlock "Corrupter" achievement -Adds more to your egg dex -Tell me, what are the odds of finding a Corruption Orb? -Therefore, Shadow Lugia are rarer. Who knows? You might run into another Lugia egg. Maybe not sometime soon, but still. --------------------   |

Lugia. Legends are rarer than novelties, so it isn't as good to have a novelty. Plus, you can easily get Corruption Orbs in the backroom and Corrupter isn't really worth it.

Regular. That way, you can corrupt the next Lugia you get, and you don't have to have the Lugia egg as a Mystery Egg in your dex until then xD That kind of thing annoys me, so I chose not to corrupt my first Dialga and, now that I have a second, I'll corrupt that one

I agree with Galactic Boss Cyrus. You should keep it regular, then if you get a second one corrupt it. I just found out about the corrupting thing about an hour ago (I'm so slow), but that's just what I think.

Shadow Lugia. It's much more rarer than Lugia.

I would corrupt him. At this point you already have the egg dex entry for Lugia so you might as well get the egg dex entry for Shadow Lugia at the same time and have another entry closer to completing the Dex.
Of course, the "Mystery Egg" in your Dex might bug you until you get another Lugia. Also whether you hatch the Lugia or Shadow Lugia, since you have the egg dex entry, using a repel will keep the Lugia egg away no matter what decision you make. I was forever looking for a Groudon to get rid of that "Mystery Egg" entry in my Dex, but because I had it, I was still able to unlock the Bringer of Legends achievement (I eventually found a second Groudon egg). -------------------- Follow Mo & Zel to my party
