You need to become a member on the forums first - make 10 posts (non-spammy, please?) in places that increase your post count. Check the main Forum index page to see if the forum increases post count.
When you're a member, you can change your display name under your User Control Panel - direct link to change username part. Note: this changes your display name, i.e. the name other people see, but your log-in name will stay what it is. Forever. XD Hope it helped! [edit] For clarification, changing your display name on the forum also changes it for GPX+, both sites are linked.
