Here is where we discuss the Flaws of pokemon its here in the debates section so you can give an idea and then if some one feels different or has a reason then they can put up there opinion well lets see time to start everyone off here is my flaw

Legendary's and how the hell can they be shiny
Mewtwo for an example we all know there is only one of him cause he was geneticcaly made but yet you see all the time on the gts in the games shiny mewtwo's i mean there is only ONE mewtwo so how is it possible for it to be shiny?

How do you survive underwater when using surk, I mean, does your pokemon pump oxygen directly into you?

-Hey, nobody would breed Cubone if the Mom died. It's a matter of convinience.

Canonically Shiny legendaries wouldn't exist.

Now I've read some fan theories. Read: FAN not Cannon.

One of the theories is that Legendary Pokemon give Live birth rather than lay eggs(Hence why said pokemon cannot produce eggs in-game) And that the breeding process would work the same way for Egg Laying Pokemon. I.e. a Chance for the offspring to come out shiny.

But that's a fan theory. So its probably not true from GF's prospective.

I remember hearing about an animal that was born pregnant long ago, but something tells me it's just a weird false memory. Though it's something to look into.

I think you mean dive. That's when you go underwater. But if you've seen a few episodes of the anime, the characters are usually equipped with gray little rectangle things in their mouths that apparently allow them to breathe if they know they're going to be underwater for a while.

Or maybe trainers just have epic lung capacities.

And I don't see anything wrong with the shiny legendary thing. If you think of each game as another alternate universe, in which there's only one legendary of each type, there's really nothing wrong with one being a different color from those that supposedly don't exist. If Mewtwo was made artificially, those scientists could've made him green rather than purple.

It's only when you bring in the other universes centered around other trainers with legendaries that the shininess of one or two doesn't make sense. But if you do look at it that way, then nothing really makes sense about the game. They've had to make little logistical compromises for the sake of the gameplay.

Like how the further you go, the stronger the pokemon are. The whole world's really based on the player.

But then again, it probably wouldn't make much sense any other way.

Not while in battle.
The Pokèmon will still dive directly into the concrete if it has to. And it will always make a splash.

The mother dies during birth in the wild...I have made the assumption that in daycare the birth process can be monitored so that the mother is not lost...maybe the daycare has a ton of skulls laying around? xD

This has always bugged me:

So, Kangaskhan. We all know she always, ALWAYS has the little baby in her pouch.

BUT! When you hatch a Kangaskhan Egg, it's born fully grown, WITH THE BABY IN THE POUCH!

My question:

...Is Kangaskhan born pregnant?! This breaks Biology! XD But then again, so do a lot of things in this series.

@ Pimpburger: Actually Diglett 'evolves' when two more just start hanging out with it and I guess they become attached or something. Like Magneton.
Speaking of which, where do the other two Magnemites go when Magneton evolves into Magnezone?

EDIT: Also, why did first-gen Pokemon manage to find their way into other regions but no other Pokemon managed to find their way into the first-gen territory?
