I am on ipad and my computer seems to have a problem. If you ever been on mobile website you might know that gtx plus needs you to validate your account from gts. Whenever I go to the the validate page I get the message that the page is off limits for me and a image of a pokemon on the bed appears (forgot his name). Can anyone help me?

First thing I would try is accessing the same page from a desktop computer, or even going to the desktop site on your iPad, and validating there. If you can do it at all, you shouldn't have any more problems on your iPad.

Have you checked your email with the validation link? Or is that where you're getting the validation page from?

My computers is not working for some reason and in the email I only got the verification link, when I went to gtx to try it it said I need to validate it at gts. The link doesn't work, I tried searching for similiar questions which recommended to copy and paste the link instead of clicking the link from gtx but it doesn't seem to work.
