And a Golurk

Discussion thread

The southern side of Mt. Carello was perhaps the most traveled area of the mountain. Trails led up the mountain for eager trainers to congregate in the gym town of Arasam. A highway was also built to get supplies to and from the mountain city. All the while, the snowy cap of the mountain could be seen from even the bottom of the mountain. Truly, this place kept its pristine nature in the modern age.

It is at the bottom of the mountain where we find Darius Dovakin, fresh off from his escapades at Loch Ranch. He traveled below the timberline, where the forest still ran strong. His destination was eastward: his kinsmen were gathering to celebrate the life of the great dragon grandmaster Lord Beed. Unfortunately, the dragon trainer was also traveling without a compass, leading him wildly off course. On top of that, his scabbard was empty. Even without a blade at his side, Darius was not deterred. As long as he had his trusty charmeleon and his less than trustworthy arbok, the dragon trainer would push on.

But first, a night’s rest. The sun was heading into the west. Darius had found a nice clearing to set up camp. He summoned his charmeleon to begin work.

“Bindy, gather up some firewood. Tonight, we sleep in Nature’s bosom! ”
