I got my 1st Pokemon to level 100, but I can't unlock the achievement, "Newbie Trainer".

You adopted it after it was hatched. Maybe it's not eligible ?
I'm really not sure, some users have had that trouble with a pokémon they hatched themselves. But here, maybe... ? -------------------- |

Adopting hatched Pokemon shouldn't be a problem. A few of mine were adopted and then leveled to 100 and they're recognized in my counts.
The only thing I can think of is that you adopted your Pokemon at Lv. 100...anyone know if the game counts that towards the achievement? EDIT: So I checked your profile and found the Lv. 100 Blastoise that you leveled up yesterday. Don't know why he wouldn't count...did he reach Lv. 100 through the Vs. Seeker? -------------------- |

You have to put them to level 100 yourself, that's for sure. Adopting it at level 100 doesn't cut it.
But that's not the case here, so I can't see any logical explanation... :/ -------------------- |
