According to the stats, they aren't even of the top ten most obtained pokemon. I think it's just because they're so easy to recognize, nobody grabs them and they end up being the last in the lab. Although having 4 show up over that short of a period is still rather odd... There were way more than 4 being created every hour. There are 28 possible Unowns after all so that gave Unown itself a 28 out of however many uncommons there are chance instead of a chance of 1. Like I mentioned other places, the problem was fixed.
