I don't know what I'd do if that happened... Either I'd start chugging random pokeballs at every Pokemon I see afterwards in rage, or I'd battle with my Pokemon all the way until they attempt to use struggle... To express my rage
 I've been playing Pokemon for quite a while and I've only managed to see 7 shiny Pokemon in the wild (I don't use any cheats at all), so even a shiny Abra is quite something for me.

first thing i did when I found a shiny misdreavus in eterna forest I killed that girls chansey just in case it tried anything funny, then I caught it XD

Guess I would feel a little bit sad, but I'll just keep going, besides abra has no use to me and if I were to found it, i would catch it withing the first turn. Rule #1 for a pokemon trainer (or at least for me) ALWAYS carry ultraballs with you!!!!
