Regirock
Credit to wymsy for the artwork! Type: Rock Supposed tier: BL Base Stats- 80 HP / 100 Atk / 200 Def / 50 Spd / 50 SAtk / 100 SDef 580 BST Weaknesses: Fighting (x2), ground (x2), steel (x2), grass (x2), water (x2) Resistances: Normal (x0.5), flying (x0.5), poison (x0.5), (x0.5) Immunities: None Abilities- Clear body: Regirocks stats can't be lowered by enemy pokemon. Ok not the most usefull ability but it's still good. Semi-supporter Regirock @ Leftovers Ability: Clear body EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 SpDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Toxic / Thunder wave - Stone edge - Earthquake / Hammer arm - Ice punch / Stealth rock Toxic screws most of regirocks most common counters but Twave can be used. Hammer can help against tyranitar but earthquake is for metagross. Ice punch is if you want to take on ground types but stealth rock can be used to support your team. Curser Regirock @ Leftovers Ability: Clear body EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 SDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Curse - Stone edge - Earthquake / Fire punch - Ice punch / Explosion Curse boost it's average attack and already brilliant defense while lowering it's already useless speed. Explosion kills almost anything especially after curse. But Ice punch covers ground types. If you're worried about bronzong fire punch is there. Choice bander Regirock @ Choice bander Ability: Clear body EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Stone edge - Ice punch - Earthquake / Fire punch - Explosion Ice punch is great against loads of pokemon. Earthquake 2KOs metagross and TTar. If you are worried about bronzong you can switch to Fire Punch. Counter and kill - Counter - Rock polish - Explosion - Stone edge Rock polish on the turn a threat comes in. Then counter KOing the enemy pokemon. Since you should be on low health anyway, just explode on the next pokemon. Stone edge is always there if you're facing something that resists normal. Since you used rock polish you should be fast enough to use explosion / stone edge before you faint. Of course, there are still things that resist both rock and normal moves. QUOTE( Credit to RAKKA) Rock polisher Regirock @ Leftovers Ability: Clear body EVs: 252 Atk / 132 Spd / 136 HP Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk) - Rock polish - Stone edge/ Thunderpunch - Earthquake - Ice punch Like the curser except boosting speed instead of atk and def. Thunderpunch is there if you want to take out gyarados faster than with stone edge. Other Options: Focus Punch, Superpower can be used in place of hamer arm. But hammer arm is preferable. Rock slide can be used instead of stone edge if you prefer acuaracy and PP over power. Not actually another option but sand storm support is a must to get the most of regirock, boosting his SDef and making him almost invincible. EVs / Nature: On the curser, supporter (and a rest-talk set if you want to try one) a 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 SDef should be fine, and maxes out his SDef letting him survive special moves. Some EVs can go into Def if you're worried about some physical sweepers like tyranitar. The choice bander wants to maximise attack to go with it's average attack stat. It also needs to be fast enough to get a hit in. Counters: Swanpert is great because he gets x1 damage from ice pnch and can hit regirocks weaker defences. Other bulky grounds do well aswell. Claydol is only scared of ice punch. Metagross doesn't fear earthquake that much, slthough counter is something to look out for. Flygon, torterra and breloom can attempt to wall regirock but ally need to be wary of ice punches. Bronzong can also wall regirock only needing to look out for fire punch, although it can't actually do that much damage. Dugtrio can trap and kill a weakened regirock. Opinion: Regirock was rarely seen in 3rd gen. That hasn't changed that much in 4th gen but it's got a lot of walling potential and can be something to look out for. -------------------- |

You should mention something about using him with Sandstorm support. With that SpD boost he's practically indestructable, particularly the curse set.
Also maybe include a novelty rock polish set? Might be useful to someone... Regirock @ Leftovers Ability: Clear body EVs: 252 Atk / 132 Spd / 136 HP Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk) - Rock polish - Stone edge/ Thunderpunch - Earthquake - Ice punch Counter should atleast be mentioned under other options. -------------------- Not my actual team, just a bunch of pokes I like that look quite good together. |

I can't beleive I forgot to add the counterer and talk about sand storm support. Oh well, I've added them now. I also added your moveset and gave credit to you.
