[Milo]

Ryan climbed in his bed; he heard Millennia come in and pretended to be asleep. She climbed under the covers on the bed opposite Ryan’s. She fell asleep immediately, Ryan knew because she started to snore just a little bit. He sat up and looked at her face; she hadn’t even wiped the tears off her face. Ryan let Nidoran out to sleep at the foot of his bed.

Ryan finally decided to go to sleep; he had a long day ahead.

Ryan started to have a dream, it wasn’t a normal dream, it was as if someone or something was actually showing it to him. He was at the tournament, in a battle with none other than Millennia, Shinx was holding its own against Nidoran, but it was exhausted while Nidoran had barely broke a sweat. Just as Nidoran was about to deal the finishing blow, there was an explosion, three figures emerged from the smoke.

One man was dressed in a perfectly tailored suit and the other two were dressed in hooded robes that covered their face. The man in the suit sent out a Mightyena and a Persian. The Persian wrestled Shinx to the ground and the Mightyena was attacking Nidoran, the Mightyena then ran at Ryan and jumped with its jaws open and ready to crunch.

Ryan suddenly woke up, he was full of sweat; he looked at his Poketech it read “1:34 am”. His sudden movement had woken Nidoran; he looked at Nidoran and thought worryingly about his dream. Ryan then got on, slipped on his shirt and went into the bathroom to rinse his face.

He heard Millennia shuffling around in her bed...

He decided to get back to bed.

[Shadow Dragon]

After saying good night to everyone, Emily had been the last to leave. Only thing was that every light was out, making it hard to see. Only the moonlight was Emily’s light through the dark hallways. She had to use her hand to make sure she was going down the right hallway, during that time she had no clue on why all the lights had gone out. Hoping that the light in her room would turn on, she unlocked the door and entered the dark room. Quickly she found a small candle on her dresser and lit it, giving off enough light to see the room.

After letting the pokemon out, she walked over to the bathroom to change into her night clothes for now. As she stepped out of the bath room and walked to her bed, she picked up Emerald and put her on the foot of the bed. Citrine had made a small nest with a blanket and Tanzanite had claimed the other side of the bed for herself, leaving Emily just enough space to sleep.

“Good night everyone, we will need it.” Emily said softly as she blew out the candle and laid her head on the silky pillow. Soon, she had followed her mind to her dreams, drifting into sleep slowly….

In her dream, Emily had woken up in a rather large coliseum filled with water. Her pokemon where on one side of the field, the opposing side didn’t look friendly at all. Two cloaked goons with a Mightyena and a Persian where battling her helpless pokemon, being out leveled wasn’t so fun. All ready Citrine was down, the Mightyena had taken on Tanzanite and the Persian was brawling with Emerald. It was all one big nightmare for Emily; she didn’t know what to do now. Now, she had wish that she could jump in the battle and save them; but the two pokemon looked stronger than any she had seen. She was frozen in place….until the Mightyena charged at her…

Emily had woken up with quite a scare. Her dreams didn’t seem all too pleasant that night. Citrine was still in his “nest”, Tanzanite lied on the other side of the bed and Emerald as sleeping peacefully at the foot of the bed. Glancing at the clock, it had read 4 o’clock, still to yearly to be up. She didn’t feel like going back to sleep ether. She just sat there on her bed, waiting till the ship had woken and was up and running for the day.

Sory if its been a while since I posted, I have had a busy life at the moment and have no tiem to write a post up~

As Shiro wondered why the sudden blackout happened. He then shook the thought from his mind and used the dim lighting from the moon to read where his room was.
He opened the door and found that there was nothing new. So he found his backpack near the entrance of the cabin, opened it to where he had his Pokétch, and used its light to to find the bed. And when he did he noticed that someone was in there sleeping already. He wondered whether or not to wake the person, but shook that thought.

He reached the covers and pulled his clothes from under there and went to the bathroom. After he changed into his black tank top and his green basketball shorts.

After that he threw himself on the bed, and fell asleep.

In a dream, he noticed himself in a battle, but he then saw it was turned into a battle between Pika and Raine with some Pokémon. He was fighting not only a Pokémon but he was also fighting with a pipe against what seemed to be a houndoom, or a Mightyena, dodging it as much as he can while blocking its blows. He then was about to get hit by a crunch...

"Wah!!" He said as he woke up, sweating a bit. When he did he heard a familiar voice scream from the shock of his screaming. When he did he looked at the stranger. He then noticed it was Emily.
"OH hi there Emily.... um... sorry if I woke you or scared you..." He stuttered it out, as he thinks he was in trouble or something.

Travis was indeed creeped out how no one answered his call, but ignored the fact of it. He quickly got up and strutted quickly down the hall towards his room. All of the lights being out had scared him dearly. Ever since he was a boy Travis had been very afraid of the dark, and this time was certainly no different. He felt his way down the hall, holding desperately to a wall trying to find some source of light. He tried to use his memory to remember how he got to the ballroom from his room, and reverse it. That way, he should end up right in his room. Travis would definitely make a complaint about the lights being out, but not now. That could wait until tomorrow.

Travis finally found his way to his room here he collapsed in exhaustion. He had used a lot of energy squinting and trying to move about in the darkness, which made the trip back seem a lot longer than it should have. He ripped his stupid tuxedo off and threw it on the ground; he wouldn't be needing it again. He dressed himself in his usual attire: blue jeans a black shirt, and of course, his Kumquat Island cap. He flopped into bed with his pokeballs next to him, immediately drifting off to sleep. He was so far gone, he did not even hear his room door *CLICK* audibly.

~In another part of the ship~

"All set, boss," the small man spoke out in the darkness while holding a controller. "All of the lights are out and we have control of the ship."

'Excellent, "his superior spoke.

"But, uh, we have a slight problem. When I shut off all of the electronic devices and locked the ballroom doors, some of the doors to the residential rooms seemed to have...um ... locked as well."

"Of no consequence. All of the trainers are still at the party, no one is sleeping yet.” The man lets out a small chuckle. “It won’t be long now. Alert our crew that phase two has begun."

The smaller man speaks into his handheld, "Phase Two, begin!"

At the grand ballroom where the trainers are socializing and enjoying themselves, hordes of black clothed grunts suddenly appear from the waiters and waitresses previously dressed in SS ANNE crew attire. The trainers are terrified as they all have strange machines on their backs with scary black holes in them. One of the mysterious people suddenly runs up to the microphone on stage. "Greetings partygoers of the S.S. ANNE!" the man screams while laughing maniacally. "In case you were wondering, Team Rocket is now in full control of this ship! Do not be alarmed, we do not intend to harm any of you. After we take your pokemon you will be escorted to the lifeboats, where you will be sent off to our destination of Barley. Now, Team Rocket will now take possession of your pokemon!" he shouts. There is mayhem amongst the trainers as the horde of grunts begins to turn on their powerful machines. These contraptions suck in the trainers' pokeball into the dark depths of their machines, taking the trainers’ pokemon away from them

Some trainers, however, choose to fight back against their oppressors. “Come on everyone, we have to fight back!” Kono Ruisvr yells with hi Pikachu, leading the offensive against Team Rocket. Suddenly all of the trainers rally behind him and send out their pokemon, coordinating their attacks together to completely annihilate Team Rocket. Kono’s Pikachu, along with others, pulled off an impressive electric pyramid technique that really sent the Rockets packing. Charmander’s used Ember, Squirtles used Water Gun. Pidgeys used Gust and Bulbasaur’s used Vine Whip. The result of all of the simultaneous attack was so powerful that it burst a hole in the side of the ship! The ballroom erupts into a frenzy as it begins to take water.

Up above, the ship is rocking back and forth from the rocky waves. A rough storm has made contact wit ha ship being controlled by Team Rocket. The lifeboats are miraculously released thanks to the powerful winds and are sent flying down to the hole in the ship, into the grand ballroom. Then there is a mad rush for the boats as all of the ship’s inhabitants squeeze into the five lifeboats. Once everyone is safely away from the ship, Kono stands up and says, “If anyone is not here, please say so now.” No one responds. The crew of the ship and all of the partygoers are seemingly safe as they row themselves away from a sinking SS ANNE towards the direction of Barley, their destination.

~Back in a secret location on the ship~

“Damnit!” The burly man yells, slamming his headset on the ground. “No one makes a fool out of Dakim!” he screams, shaking the glass of their room.

“Boss, we gotta go! The ship is sinking!” his companion pleads.

Suddenly, a third man appears from the shadows. He is tall and skinny, and a piece of hair flares out from the rest of it. “It is time to leave,” he simply speaks. Once the trio gets outside, the third man sends out a Gyrados and Mantine, while the burly one sends out his Swampert. They all swim away from the ship just as it is about to be completely submerged. They watch in silence as it falls deep into the depths of the ocean, never to be seen again.

~Back in Travis’ Room~

Travis wakes up startled to a robotic voice screaming. “EVACUATION” and his room filling with a rotating red light. Travis immediately gathers all of his things and runs to the door, which he finds locked. He turns around in frustration and notices the small circular window in his room, more importantly how outside he can only see water! He gasps and wonders how in the world his window, which was so high up anyway, could be submerged into water. Suddenly his door slams open; an emergency mechanism put into place whenever the ship took too much water. Travis immediately ran out of the room and saw that the water was about a centimeter up his shoe. He turned around frantically, trying to figure out how to get out if the sinking ship. Out of frustration, he simply cried, “HELP! IS ANYONE THERE?,” hoping in desperation that someone would reply to his distressing call.

[TSS]

Blaring, ear-splitting alarm bells rung in Millennia's ears as her deep, calm sleep was shattered. Why so much noise was going on at this time of night was beyond her, and the fact that it was there was despicable. She squinted at the crazily flashing lights above her, around her, beneath her... Everywhere. It took her a few seconds to realize that this noise was for a reason: the ship was in trouble. Suddenly, in addition to the alarm, a tinny, robotic shriek could be heard, "EVACUATION!" At the first yell, Millennia shot out of bed and slapped her hand down on her mobile which was still on and still on her bedside table. She figured that it might be useful. She wrenched two empty Pokéballs out of her pockets and returned Seel and Shinx, still fast asleep on the bed and evidently unaware of what was going on.

"What else do I need!? Think Millennia!" she thought frantically. On her way to cram several might-be-necessary items into her small bag, she remembered who was also in the room. She raised her leg to kick Ryan's bed with the hardest kick she might ever do. Ryan woke up, confused a bit, while Millennia limped across the room to finish doing what she had been doing, a stabbing pain in her toe.

"Millennia, what's happening?" Ryan asked, "The ship can't be in trouble, I'm having another dream!" Without looking at him, Millennia replied, distressed,

"Never mind what's happening, the ship is in trouble! Grab your belongings and get out of here!"

Swinging her bag over her shoulder, Millennia began grabbing up armfuls of Ryan's stuff and throwing it on his bed so he could pack it. It was evident that she was impatient to get out.

"Come on! Hurry- Oh, you're done, hurry, let's get out of here - carefully. We may need our Seel," Millennia said.

She was running out of the room door when a yell from somewhere not far from there.

"Great. I hate to act the 'hero', but Millennia, we might just have to go and save somebody..." Ryan spoke, following her out the door, "By the way, what about the competition? What's going to happen with that?"

Millennia rolled her eyes and didn't answer, she just ran in the direction of the call.

Ryan gathered the last of his things and recalled Nidoran, he held Seel’s ball in his hand, just in case. He clambered out of the door; the water in the hallway was ankle high and rising fast. He noticed a lot of panicking people all headed for the exit, he didn’t follow them, he decided it was best to take the long route around, considering the amount of people on the main route.

Ryan had lost Millennia, he hoped she was okay, a lot of men dressed in dark clothes were running around, they were probably responsible for this all and he didn’t really care, all he cared about was getting out of this death trap and finding Millennia okay. They turned a lot of corners and finally the light from outside glimmered at the end of the hallway, by this time the water was above Ryan’s waist.

He exited the ship and ran onto the deck, he decided it was best to send Seel out now, she came out, still acting the fool.

“Seel, we gotta get off the boat now!”

For the first time ever Seel became serious, Seel jumped into the water below and Ryan followed. For 15 minutes Ryan hung on Seel and finally he saw Millennia, he was so relieved, he gave her a huge hug and finally she hugged back, it wasn’t romantic just a hug of relief.

“Oh…..I didn’t see you there…” Emily said as she blushed, having a male roommate now for about a week or so wouldn’t be so fun.

“Well, I’m going to get dressed now. I have a long day ahead….” She said as she picked up her clothes off of her bag that had sat next to her bed and walked toward the bathroom. Silently, she closed the door to the bathroom, not knowing what was right outside her window. After she had gotten her shoes on and her clothing on except her jacket and her assorted accessories did an ear shattering alarm cry out.

“Oh no…” She said. Quickly, she put on her other clothing and came out of the bathroom. She then had returned her pokemon and put all of her things into her bag. Looking outside of a window, there was only sea water and water pokemon. The boat must of sunk when they where at sleep! No wonder Emily didn’t hear the cries of help before. As she tried to open the door, it was locked. But luckily it quickly opened, allowing Emily and Shiro to escape then.

“Ill be out to look for others!” Emily called to Shiro as he had finished re packing; quickly Emily raced though the hall ways, not noticing that the water was up to her ankles. It seemed that the water was rising fast, and Emily wanted to clear out the boat to make sure no one was still here.

Ignoring the fact that Ryan wasn't coming after her, Millennia ran, banging on every door, hoping for everyone to get out safely. She got some angry and panicked remarks, but she didn't care. Suddenly, the shout seemed a lot louder, and Millennia forced the door in front of her open. And there was a boy, who seemed to be red in the face from calling out. Millennia looked around, but saw no trouble except the rising sea outside.

"What're you screaming about? We've gotta get out of here!" she cried frantically. The boys wide eyes glanced at her.

"The ship's covered in water, there are alarms going off. Who wouldn't be screaming?" he questioned. Millennia liked answering these kind of questions. She liked logic. But now wasn't the time to go solving a problem - now was the time to escape. She turned to the door, trying to stay calm.

"Get your Pokemon and anything else you might need. We have to go. I'm Millennia by the way," she spoke, twisting the door-knob. The boy wasn't moving, so Millennia assumed that he had everything he needed.

"Travis," he replied, charging out the now open door with Millennia following. The water was higher than their waists now, but they strode as fast as possible through it. It was a long time before Millennia remembered Seel. The two clung onto it and it sped through the water, finally bumping into something - something alive. Millennia gave a high-pitched scream, making both Travis and the bumped-into-one stare at her.

"Oh God, it's you Ryan!" Millennia sighed, relieved. She gave him a quick hug and introduced Travis. "This is Travis, the guy who was screaming."

Ryan didn't shake his hand, but nodded to show he was listening.

"Maybe we should find a way out?" Travis suggested out of the blue, even though it was everyone's mind.

Shiro frantically grabbed all of his belongings and ran to the door and suddenly realized that the water was rising.
"Uwah!?" He yelled and began to run after Emily.
"So what's the plan Emily? And what the hell is happening?!" He said panicking.
He was really worried from the fact that the ship is pretty much sunk. He was wondering if they would even make it out alive...
Don't lose hope!!
He heard from his mind, and turned his head to Emily, "Did you say something?"
"Me? No... why?" She asked
"N-nothing. Forget it." He said as he began to feel a bit more confident, but he still was really worried at the fact that they might not make it out. Besides, the blaring sirens and crimson light didn't help ease his heart, let alone his mind.

[The Dark Knight]

After quick greetings to his new companions, Travis and the others quickly started moving throughout the ship. Travis realized that the ship was no longer right side up, and that all of the maps on the walls would no longer make any sense. The ship had gone dark and the only things lighting their way were the blaring red sirens going off. Travis became disoriented and just followed behind Millennia as she led the way up staircases. It was only a little while before the scenery became very familiar; the trio appeared at the summit of a particularly staircase into the grand ballroom. Except this time it was very different. There was an enormous hole in the wall! By now the water had risen up to the travelers' chests, and it was getting higher by the minute. The magnificent chandelier that had amazed Travis earlier was now in a million pieces, floating on the water. There was no time to wonder, but in the back of Travis' mind he pondered about who or what would have done such a horrible thing as to destroy this ship? All of the passengers had left the luxury ship by now, Travis thought, and that they were probably the only ones left. He hoped so at least. The in the ship had water gushing through extremely fast it and Travis became very scared as he wondered if the SS ANNE might become his final resting place.

"I don't think our pokemon are strong enough to swim through that current guys," Travis expressed. He looked back to the staircase that they had just been on to see that it was completely flooded, as was the rest of the ship. "The water is running through it so fast; I don't know what to do!" he screamed. Suddenly his feet were lifted off the ground as he found himself treading in the water to stay afloat. Travis sent out his Squirtle, who unlike his normal cheery self was very scared and petrified at the situation. "Don't worry Squirtle, we'll get out of here," Travis reassured his pokemon, holding his pokemon close to his body. "Do you think you can swim through that hole over there?" Travis pointed. Millennia’s and Ryan's Seel clapped their fins and carried their trainer through the hole, out of Travis' view. Determined not to let his trainer down, Squirtle motioned for Travis to hang on tight. Travis did as he was told as Squirtle swam with all of his might through the hole in the ship that was gushing with water. But no matter how hard the tiny turtle pokemon tried, he could just not break the current he was forced up against. Squirtle tried and tried, but he just could not do it. Travis held his breath, but he wanted to scream.

Suddenly, Travis saw a hand in front of him reaching out. He took hold of it and was pulled through the barrier, with Squirtle of course. When he opened his eyes it was Millennia who was holding his hand, riding her powerful Seel. The trio exchanged glances as they solemnly watched the SS ANNE sink into its watery grave. They could not stay for long, however, as humans can only hold their breath for so long. The two Seel and Squirtle hurled themselves and their trainers up towards the surface. Travis was good at holding his breath, very good actually, as he practiced back in the Orange Archipelago in the beautiful waters there with his close family friend and leader Danny. But even Travis had trouble holding his breath, and really challenged himself to keep consciousness, and his mouth closed, until the three humans reached the surface. When the finally broke the surface there was a large inhaling of oxygen as they trio gasped for breath. They had made it. They were alive.

[TSS]

Sea water rushed in Millennia's ears. Seel was pulling her through the harsh, salty waters and she was holding onto it for dear life - and I'm not exaggerating. The SS Anne had sunk deep down into a deep, dark eternal rest, and hopefully the trio were the only ones in there when it tipped over. An intense groan of waves and the pounding of her own heart was all Millennia could hear. The only thing she could feel was the suffocating pain in her lungs - surely it was a miracle that she was alive even now, far away from the surface? It was tempting to open her mouth and TRY to take a breath in the water, however, she knew that she mustn't. Millennia squeezed her violet eyes shut, ready to face what might be coming - a watery grave.

Before any of the group knew what had happened, a blast of cold stung their wet cheeks. Wind! Shakily, Millennia gasped for air, as if it was the first time she had breathed in years. No one had spoken yet, but the sound of loud breathing could have been heard from quite far off. Finally, Ryan's mouth opened not to inhale, but to speak.

"Looks like we made it, eh?"

Millennia sighed, thinking that the last thing thing she needed was obvious things to be spoken.
"Oh, really? I didn't know!" she said, horribly sarcastically. Ryan glared at her and then plunged back underwater with his Seel. Travis followed suite and Millennia, deciding that she didn't have a choice to do anything but, dived in too.

[The Dark Knight]

The trio of trainers swam with their pokemon for what seemed like an endless infinity. All they could see ahead of them was the pure black night sky and the calmly rolling waves. Their pokemon were exhausted, but there seemed to be no clear end in sight. The trainers did not even now if they were going in the right direction! Travis' PokéGear was most likely destroyed by al of the water, and he didn't even want to try and take it out of his water-logged bag. If it had been working, then Travis could have easily used the map function to locate the nearest piece of land. Travis hoped that the trainers would reach Barley soon, as he truly did not know how much longer Squirtle's little body could hold up in this exhausting situation. Suddenly, Travis noticed a change in the scenery. Not any land masses, no, but a change in the color of the water. It transformed from the dark, almost blackish color of the sea into a more relaxing color that reminded him greatly of the waters back home on the Orange Archipelago.

"This change in color indicates that there is now land beneath our feet. We can't touch it, but its there nonetheless," Travis announced. "We must be getting closer to Barley!" he exclaimed.

Sure enough, the silhouette of a black landmass appeared in the distance. The group rejoiced as their pokemon swam faster towards it. As the darkened terrain grew closer and over, Travis found himself more relaxed and at ease. From the sinking of the grand luxury cruiser to the escape from it, he had endured quite the strenuous. But now, it was okay. It would all be okay.
