BIC: There was a small putting noise from beneath the ground, and then a small thunk. "YAY! LAND!...FROM ABOVE!" And then a few minutes later, there was a hole in the ground with a boy named Cale Henson sticking his head through it, a Meowth in his black sleevless shirt and a Spheal on his head. The Meowth hopped out of the hole and began to daintly lick her paws. The Spheal on his head looked relieved, but calm.

The Spheal was named, Tama, and the Meowth, Munchkin.

Cale turned around to see Ajay. "'Ello there!" Cale let out a crazy (and sort of evil) grin.

Ajay stopped in his tracks. Litterly. He still had one foot hovering over the ground when Cale suddenly popped out. He eyed this new boy in silence with hardly any emotion showing. His voice, however, turned on him as it revealed his bewilderment. "Who or what the heck are you?"

Ammonia squeeked happily and chose a berry from the pile. As she munched happily, Dropwort peeked from behind the back pack. Sensing the glance, Ammonia looked at the mudkip from over her shoulder, and he quickly darted back behind the pack. Smiling, she continued to eat happily.

[Evren Vale]

"I wonder what's taking him." Adrian mused, looking around for Ajay. "Hope he didn't find a wild Pokemon, could be bad without his own." He stood up, holding the pan in one hand as he placed the other to shield his eyes, surveying the area. "If he's not back in five minutes, we go and look for him, okay?" He spoke to the Pokemon. Nido and Nida nodded without delay. He hoped, even if they were not his, Ammonia and Dropwort would agree. Or, at least Ammonia, Dropwort seemed somewhat unreliable.

Ammonia nodded at Adrian in agreement and popped the last of her berry into her mouth. She got up and trotted after him. She was clearly ready to go at any time. In truth, she was worried about Ajay as well. The area had a bit of electrike scent around them, and it would be bad if even one bumped into her boy.

Dropwort looked like he would prefer sucking on a sitrus berry rather than look for his trainer. He humphed slightly at Adrian's concern and chewed another berry. The little pokemon clearly couldn't care less. Besides, he knew that the boy prefered to fight his own battles without help. If he happened to bite off more than he could chew then that was his own fault.

[Raeoki]

"'Tis a pretty obvious I is a who, silly Jimmy!" Cale luaghed. Munchkin stopped licking herself and went over to sniff Ajay. "I'm Cale! Cale Henson!" Cale picked up Tama and put him to the side before climbing out. "The Meowth is Munchkin, and the Spheal is Tama."

(You guys were waiting for me? In all honesty I was waiting for you. Sorry for the delay. *fails*)

Ajay let Munchkin sniff his hand but had to resist the urge to back away from Cale. Was this guy stupid or just crazy? In the end Ajay settled on crazy. Anyone who burowed under the ground like a diglet had to be a complete nut.

"Well," hesaid thinking his excuse carefully. "Thank you, Cale, but I'm a bit busy at the moment and am in a hurry..."

[Raeoki]

Cale hopped out of his hole. "Really? We could help!" He said jumping up and down.

Munchkin snorted after sniffing Ajays hand, he smelled and looked like he had been sleeping on the ground! But, then again, he did look a lot cleaner then Cale did...

[Evren Vale]

Adrian looked around, sighing rather audibly. "Well... I guess we better go look for him, his time is up." He said to the Pokemon gathered around him. Naturally his listened rather attentively, but he figured only Ammonia really paid attention out of Ajay's set. That Mudkip really seemed to be in a world of it's own.

Standing up, brushing himself off, he looked around on the ground for footprints, not exactly remembering which direction his companion took off in. "Hmm... I don't really remember. Ammonia, you should know his scent well, please lead the way." He said to the Pokemon, though he already too the initiative to begin walking, he'd just attune his path to what she felt would lead them to their goal.

Ajay paused in half step. His back was now turned from the weird boy and his pokemon. He knew that his excuse didn't fall through and he wasn't in the mood to deal with this nut. "I'll be fine on my own," he said and continued walking.

Ammonia hopped to her feet and sniffed around on the ground. The blades of grass tickled her nose, making her want to sneeze. She resisted and managed to pick up the scent. Determined, she pointed in her trainer's direction with a firm "Stunk!"

[Evren Vale]

"Thanks." He congratulated the Stunky, flipping her another Berry if she wanted it. "Nido, keep an ear out." He said to his Nidoran Male. He had terrific hearing, if Ajay was close or under attack, he'd sure pick up on it.

Not long after his ears began twitching, hearing some faint whispers, at least as he heard them, in the distance. "Nid, Nid!" He cried out, bouncing forward toward the source of the noise.

"Hey hey! Wait up!" He called, quickly extending into a run. Thankfully he arrived to the area that Ajay was before he got too far, though Adrian quickly skidded to a halt as he looked at the dirty boy who had been talking, a Meowth and Spheal at his feet. "Hey... Ajay... Who's this?"

[Raeoki]

Cale shrugged. "Well, okay. But would ye like to purchase some slightly used gardening gnomes?" He asked before Adrian appeared. He stared at Adrian, scanning almost every feature of the boy. "HI! I am...Cale Henson!!!" He patted Tama and Munchkin. "The Spheal is Tama, and the Meowth is Munchkin!!"

Ajay didn't turn to look when Ammonia, Nida, and Adrian ran up. Cale's sudden response to the older boy was all the signal he needed. He didn't answer Adrian's question either. After all their's no point when that person is already introducing himself. Whatever opinions he had of the boy, he kept to himself.

Ammonia cocked her head at the strange newcomer and sniffed the his pokemon quickly. She bristled her tail. These guys all smelled like dirt! Admittedly, Ajay smelled a little like that too, but these guys smelled like they had been rolling in it! It wasn't really pleasant at all, but, like any good pokemon, she kept her thoughts to herself.

To distract herself, she joined her human who was investigating the hole Cale and his pokemon popped out of. She dipped her head in and took a big whiff. It was faint compared to the earthy scents but there was definitely traces of human, spheal, and meowth in their. "Stunk," she muttered wrinkling her nose at the thought of being underground in a tunnel that narrow.

[Evren Vale]

"Hi... I'm Adrian." The teen somewhat mumbled back. The dirt didn't really bother him as much as the others, as he was used to living in the wild, but he did think the boy analyzing him was a tad creepy. "Nido, Nida." He said, motioning toward the Nidoran scuttling at his feet, staring at the Pokemon of the new boy. They didn't really have much of an opinion of the group, they seemed friendly enough, and that should do. "I guess this is what was taking you. Find anything?" He directed toward Ajay.

Ajay shook his head and got up. "'Fraid not," he admitted. 'I got a little...distracted." He cast a glance at Cale for emphasis. "This place is a grassy desert. I don't even see a bush." The boy crossed his arms over his chest and he seemed to be fuming at his efforts. Of course, he still seemed uncomfortable for some reason.

Ammonia noted this but didn't dwell on it. Sure she was worried but it didn't matter. Adrian and Cale couldn't understand her anyway, and, even if they did, Ajay wouldn't want her telling them anyway. Sighing she thought,"At least Dropwort's not here to...wait. Not here?"

Meanwhile back at the camp, Dropwort was stuffing his fifth berry in his mouth and lying on his back. Humming happily, he soaked up the sun's rays on his now very round tummy and feeling quite cheerful.

OOC: GAH. Sorry for taking so long, school is really a bummer right now.


"Well, can't say I didn't warn you." He replied. He didn't really think that Ajay would do much better. As a trainer, he has to be used to being out in the wild, but it was unlikely he was as adept as Adrian int he matter. "Well, if that's the case, we should get moving on soon. I finished those eggs back at camp, out of reach of any wild Pokemon or..." He looked around, noticing they were short one little blue mudfish. "That Mudkip didn't follow us... Great." He sighed. "We better get back before he gets into trouble." He probably has already done something bad, but what he was really worried about was the Mudkip accidentally stumbling into a battle. It could go very badly.

(ooc: Perfectly understandable. In fact to not forgive you would be hypocrtical of me since I should be working on a three page paper insted of this. )


Ajay's frown only seemed to deepen, but he didn't say anything. As much as he hated failing he knew when he was beat. Arguing for long periods of time weren't his strong point anyway. Instead he simply nodded and opted for trying to keep up with his stunky whom was alredy rushing back to camp.

Ammonia never bothered to look behind her to see if Ajay or the others were keeping up. She was too busy planning what she was going to do to that blue, fish smelling, mud slinging idiot. When she got to the campsite though, all of her plans boiled down to one thing: hurt Dropwort.

The mudkip had eaten all but three berries and boys' egg and was taking a nap. His face was stained with berry juice and little berry seeds and pits were scattered around him.

The next few seconds of Dropwort's life are bit to gory and mature to even mention.
