trying to breed 2 winter ninetales |

im trying to breed together 2 winter ninetails and one is female and one is male and its saying the two prefer to stay away from eachother. why wont the two breed at all?

They're not breeding because your Female Winter Ninetails is nearly double the level of your male one.
In order to breed successfully, the pokémon need to be around the same level. To be more specific, yes, thats what I meant. Just not "direct" relatives.

It's because they're parent/child. You can't breed parents with their children.
